FAQ's, Refund Policies & The Like

Return Policy:

Ordering shoes online is sometimes difficult, especially when comparing Brazilian sizes to American sizes. Our return policy allows you to purchase any one of our shoes, and if by chance it doesn't fit, send it back to us, and we will send you a different size at no additional cost.

If ordering more than one shoe, and you are unsure about the size, it may be to your advantage to order one of each size then sending back the one that doesn't fit, so we can send you one that does.

If you are completely dissatisfied with our shoes (which customers rarely are) we will issue a full monetary refund for the cost of our products, excluding any shipping & handling charges.  Just send the shoes back to us at:

MissionShoe
C/O Thomas Scott
711 Lupine Cir
Rexburg, ID 83440

within 45 days of purchase and we will issue the refund through PayPal.  Any returns later than the 45 day period cannot be refunded.

If by chance the shoes are returned in a condition that they cannot be resold (ie: you wear them outside or "break them in"), we as MissionShoe have the right to contest and refuse any return.

Also, please feel free to call us if you have any doubts about sizing. We would be happy to assist you to be sure your order is correct the first time.

How long does it usually take to get my shoes?

Most of our clients get their shoes within a week of ordering with standard shipping.  It may also depend on where we are shipping the shoes, as we are located on the west coast, it may take a while longer to get a pair to New York.

My missionary is already in the field. Can you ship directly to him?

We sure can! Just put their address as the mailing address, and we will ship it to them, as long as it is stateside. Foreign shipping is not yet available.

My missionary is out of the country, can you ship directly to him?

Currently, MissionShoe is not able to ship to out of country locations.

My missionary is in Brazil, can they be shipped directly from the factory to him?

No, unfortunately. The factory does not ship direct.

Are there any special instructions on how to care for the MissionShoes?

The leather upper should be cared for as with any other leather-top dress shoe. You can see more about how to care for your MissionShoe on our MissionShoe Care page.

Does MissionShoe offer Sister's shoes?

We are currently prospecting a Sister missionary sandal, however we have been unable to find one "cute" enough.  Please feel free to comment about the shoe yourself on our MissionShoe Facebook Site.
