Risk Free Return Policy!

Ordering shoes online is sometimes tricky, but we make it EASY. Once you pay shipping, you never pay it again! We pay for all return shipping, until the shoes fits! Your satisfaction is our #1 concern.

1. Email an exchange request to HelpingYouServe@missionshoe.com with the subject line of "Exchange."  Please include the invoice date, items purchased, the correct sizes needed, as well as the name of the individual who purchased the shoes.

2. Within 1-2 business days you will receive an email with a UPS ground shipping label attached.  Please print the label and attach it to the same box the shoes were shipped in.  Please include all packing material.

3. Drop off the package at any UPS pick up station, and the shipping will be billed to our account.

4. The correct size shoes will be sent to you within 1-2 weeks.  It's that easy!

If ordering more than one shoe, and you are unsure about the size, it may be to your advantage to order one of each size then sending back the one that doesn't fit, so we can send you one that does.

If you are completely dissatisfied with our shoes (which customers rarely are) we will issue a full monetary refund for the cost of our products, excluding any shipping and handling charges.  Just follow the steps above with a subject line of "Return."  All returns are sent back to us at:

preferably within 45 days of purchase and we will issue the refund through PayPal. We uphold an unconditional guarantee, meaning up until the day you leave on your mission, we'll take them back if you don't like them.
